Renewal under friend's account

Hello, I will be using the device for a postpaid plan. The retention plan is more affordable than signing up for a new application. I will be responsible for paying both the device and the plan.

• Is it acceptable if the plan is under my friend's name?
• Is it possible to have another number with a different device? My friend currently has an ongoing plan with the network.
