Im so lost and confused..

Im a 1099 agent for an agency in Florida. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. I just started last week. Watched a couple training videos. Now I have to learn the script and also learn the policies we sell. The thing is I can do that from home but I’m also new so should I go into the office to do it? The office Is roughly an hour away. It’s not like I can hop on the phones yet because I still have to learn the script so there’s really no point in me going into the office everyday.
