How do you find Draw On Liquidity

So I been trying to figure out how to find draw on liquidity. I understand some stuff like erl to irl and look on how the daily and weekly candles close in respect to the previous candle. All the videos I watch on YT are mostly people yapping about this fvg and then draws there without really explaining why they think that and how. So it would be really nice if someone could explain how exactly to find daily bias and which timeframe to use
