Who the hell is this Aakash bhaiya?

Pardon my ignorance but somebody please tell me who this guy is and why there are posters of him everywhere saying “HaPpY BiRrTHdAy AaKaSH BhAiya”? I’m not from Indore and never came across something like this .

I’m just a common person and if 15 people wish me on my birthday in the office, I won’t remember their faces the next day so why these people are spending their hard earned money just to wish a guy happy birthday who probably is not even going to see these banners?
