Do I have to take rabies shot ??

Recently, I have been keeping 3 small kittens at my home, which their mother brought and kept on our verandah. They have been staying for about a month.

Today, a kitten scratched my index finger. Her nail kind of went deep and made that red mark.

Should I get rabies shot? Should I be worries ?
