Kinda worried regarding order.

Ordered a gaming laptop, turns out the retailer is appario. Have read a lot like a lot of negative reviews regarding them, how are your guys experience with them? Are they trust worthy, even read tweets of Rubika Liyaqat, she ordered apple products it shows delivered but didn't get it. The retailers are same. I am kinda scared tbh, like everyone's it's hard earned money.
