Is it safe to by Gigabyte Laptop in India?

Found this on Amazon. Seems too good to be true. Core i7 13700H, RTX 4060 (TGP 140W according to gigabyte website), 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD and 1440p 165Hz display. All this for ₹104990.

I wanted to ask if anyone has a Gigabyte laptop in India? How is the after Customer support? And how durable are the laptops?
