Got my ITR refund intimation but no refund credit.

I got the intimation on 13th of Sept and the refund amount is yet to be credited. Called the refund banker and they say that they do not have my data yet, Income Tax Dept has not forwarded it to them. And i logged in and check my status again today. And it showed this.

What should i do or when should i expect my refund to be credited?
