Friend Visiting from Japan: Best Roasteries for My Taste?

My friend is visiting from Japan and I'd love to get them some amazing coffee beans from local roasters. I prefer my coffee black as an Americano or Aeropress, with less bitterness and I enjoy fruity or nutty notes. I usually gravitate towards medium roasts.
