Sparsentan vs. Tarpeyo (Budesonide) vs. SGLT2 (farxiga)

Hey everyone, just saw that the FDA approved Sparsentan (Filspari) for IgA Nephropathy! (Link: here). Pretty exciting stuff! Between Sparsentan, Tarpeyo (budesonide), and Farxiga, there are now a few options for us with IgAN.

Anyone know how these compare? Can they be used together? Would love to hear your experiences if you've been on any of these or know more about them! Just want to keep up the latest
