Does anyone have experience with filling outside rx at Kaiser with NO fertility coverage?

If you have Kaiser, have you ever successfully filled any prescription written by a non Kaiser provider and successfully had it filled at Kaiser? Or gotten reimbursed for a prescription outside Kaiser you paid cash for? Doesn’t necessarily have to be a fertility rx you filled, could be anything that wasn’t prescribed by Kaiser but you somehow got it paid for or reimbursed?

• Not looking for info about how other insurance and providers work; I’m aware. Kaiser is an HMO and generally communicates they will not fill any prescription written by a non Kaiser doctor. Kaiser doctors will also not write fertility related prescriptions because it has to go through their fertility department. OBGYN won’t even run an AMH test because it’s fertility related. I’m looking for any loopholes anyone who specifically has Kaiser has found.-
