How painful are the shots?

I’m getting ready to start stims (Gonal F, Menopur, and then Ganirelix Acetate). How painful are the shots? Any tips for making it less painful? The videos I watched said inject in the abdomen or thigh - seems like injecting subcutaneous in the thigh would be hard. Thank you all in advance for your help and support!
