ITIL HVIT Study Plan

I recently passed foundation and intend to take HVIT, for foundation I studied 3 hours a week for one month, it was easy but I heard that HVIT is the most difficult one, any advices, tips or plans would be appreciated, I would like to study from a well known book since I prefer reading over videos, is there any book you guys nominate?
