Worried about becoming a paper tiger

After owning a business for 8 years I sold it and enrolled in WGU. I set a goal for myself to not apply for any jobs until I got Net+. Took 11 months to get through geneds, A+ and Net+. Once I did that I got Sec+ two weeks later. 2 weeks later I got AWS CCP and a week after that LPI Linux essentials. Been applying for jobs since November when I got Net+. Landed a short term PC deployment position and made a good enough impression there that they were trying to find a 6month contract to hire role for me but the board vetoed it. Since then I have been applying to more T1 roles. Made it to the 3rd round interview with a company and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Just finished the ITIL 4 cert yesterday and started studying for Cloud+ Now I'm looking at my resume that has a 2 week contract position, 8 years of self employment in a customer facing industry and 9 relevant certifications. Do you all put your stacked certs on your resumes like CompTIA CSIS and CIOS or should I get rid of them?

Edit: I'm not just getting certs to get them, they're part of my degree. A lot of my classes end with industry certifications as the "final" and are paid for by WGU
