Gym time.

Currently doing a pre-apprenticeship program and as long as everything goes according to plan, I should be starting with my area’s local come March.

For those that go to the gym; In your experience with the apprenticeship or as a jman, have you had enough energy/time to go to the gym everyday after work? What time of day works best for you? Or if you used to and had to stop, what caused you to?

Is it feasible to intend to keep hitting the gym working a job like this? Genuine question, I just know the work can be tiresome and I don’t want to lose the progress I’ve made. Answers won’t change my decision to join. Thanks!
