Need help clarifying labels!

Hi all! I’m trying to better understand hypermobility syndrome, as that is what I was diagnosed with recently. But every time I look it up, “hypermobile spectrum disorders (HSD)” pop up. Are the two labels related? Does hypermobility syndrome fall under HSD? Or is hypermobility syndrome an outdated term, and HSD is used instead? Please help because I’m truly so confused!
