Goal is to stay healthy and reach 15% body fat. (Beginner split) (Currently at 23% body fat)

Hey, athletes. I am a 25 y/o male who suffered a lower spine injury about a year ago and had to undergo a surgery. I have been doing well and I am back at training.

My ultimate goal is to stay healthy and have a functional+ aesthetic body. I am currently at

23% body fat

32kg muscle mass

177.5 cm (5ft 10in)

73kg body weight (160 lbs)

current split:

Day 1: Push

Day 2: stair master zone 2 for 45 mins+ core

Day 3: pull

Day 4: Stair master zone 2 for 45 mins+ core

Day 5: legs

Day 6: overall upper body

What changes should I make to achieve my goal? I also wish to run more, but I cannot maintain my heart rate near the zone 2. In order to do that I need to start brisk walking again.
