Pennyshot Derringer buff

So hear me out, it could use a slight buff. It's capable of one shot kills already. However I feel they should reduce the spread (maybe to 150?) And give it 4 extra shots as it currently has no ammo back stock. I'd love to hear what you all think about this idea. 😀
