Hue Bridge not connecting
Hi all,
Currently my bridge is not connecting. The Hue app says that there is no connection, and tap to restore connection. When I do that it asks me to connect the bridge by pushing the center button. When I do that, nothing happens.
Situation:
- 1 Hue bridge v2.1, all three blue lights are on (blue), center button ring is also on and blue, so all should be fine from a connect point of view
- Bridge is connected with an ethernet cable to my main Deco M9 (mesh network), this Deco is connected via ethernet to my router and handles all the traffic in the house (router had no other connections and WiFi turned off, Deco goes in a switch for all ethernet things and is my one and onlye WiFi mesh network)
- Hue is integrated in my Homekit app, from which I am still able to control all my lights (just can't add the new ones I just installed)
I tried to restart the Hue Bridge (kept it off for 10 mins), restart my iPhone, forgot my WLAN on iPhone and reconnected, hard closed the Hue application, restart my router. But nothing worked.
What else can I try? Really hoping that you guys have a solution, because I would really hate to reinstall and reconfigure my 40 lamps and dito automations.
Thanks!!
Edit: what I forgot, the weird thing is that in my Hue app in settings it says my Hue Bridge is connected locally with a blue check mark. It gives an ID, Software version (1.53) and IP-address. But status says "Bridge not active".
