What’s wrong? - Painting cabinets

I’m painting my oak cabinets right now. I prep the cabinets by cleaning w/ degreaser, sanding, filling the wood grain, sanding again.

Then I’ve been spraying 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. I’ve ran into this issue a couple times where it seems like the paint is not sticking to the wood. I don’t know why and wondering if anyone recognizes what’s happening here.
