Steakhouse/ Western Dining Recommendations in Hong Kong

My father loves steak and western styled dining resturants where they serve free bread and all that stuff. Something like a Dan Ryan's/Outback before they went to shit. I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations so I can treat him to a father's day dinner. Can be a bit pricey, I don't mind.
