When is the best time to buy a new EX-L?

So I’m in the market for a new Odyssey. Right now Honda has 1.9% apr financing. I’m not in a big rush, but I curious when is the best time to buy? Are rates usually this low? Do they get lower? I know the car market has gotten soft, I’d like to pay less than MSRP, but how much wiggle room do they have on new Odysseys?

They don’t seem to be a model that my local dealerships stock a lot of, I usually see 1-3 per dealer while they might have 20 Pilots/CRVs. Is this because they sell fast, or they’re just not in the same demand as crossovers/SUVs?

Am I best to hurry before tax season comes and people have refund money to spend?
