Ethernet cable category

Hello, I am doing a home reconstruction and I want to route the ethernet cable in the wall and I would like to ask you, which ethernet cable to choose? I will have 1 Gbit connection. It will be used for web browsing, gaming, video streaming from NAS, downloading/uploading to NAS.

I thought that CAT 6A would be the best option, being future proof and also not being limited when downloading something from NAS and e.g. browsing Internet or downloading from the Internet. But the electrician refuses to put the CAT 6A to the wall and already put there CAT 5e. What are your thoughts, please?
