Recurring abscesses in the lower body (no legs)

Hey, new here.

I had an abscess about 6 months ago which got drained by doc which already healed.

Since then I get recurring abscess at the same place or near it. but the weird thing is those abscess come for 2-3 days, not so painful, and disappear. Mostly the same abscesses in three spots, they come alone always not together.

What is going on? Stress? Sugar? Diary?

Should I take supplements like NAC? Omega 3? Curcumin?

Doc said it is probably not Fistula but idk maybe I should get another opinion. This doc is top 5 in my country for those kind of problems though (not a poor country!)

It’s bothering me more than really affect my life but it seems like something in my immune system is not good. Some inflammation, something.

Really hope to get some advice.
