Why do people with OHSV1 never disclose and people with GHSV1 are expected to?

People with OHSV1 seem to never disclose and live their life normally but GHSV1 people are expected to disclose? Isn’t it more likely somebody would contract it from a person with OHSV1 since it’s prefers to live there and thus sheds more frequently?
