GP doesn't want to prescribe antivirals, how else can I get them?

I'm GHSV-2 positive. I called my GP for antivirals and explained the situation but he immediately decided to refuse to give me any because he doesn't consider my situation severe enough for antivirals (Had 1 mild initial OB 1 month and 1 week ago, cleared up within a week)

The GP said that if I do get another OB, I should call back. That isn't a guarantee for antivirals though, so I'd like to see what alternative ways I can get them prescribed.

To note, I can't switch GPs because I still live with my family and we're all under the same GP. They don't know I have HSV and I don't want to disclose that to them either, only to those I find myself potentially being in a sexual relationship with. I also live in the Netherlands, so a service like Wisp is not available here and I'm not aware of any that are.

I mainly want antivirals to reduce shedding rate and protect any future partners. I plan on pairing that with condoms during sex if I get a partner in the future. However, my future partner might prefer raw and in that case, I'll still have antivirals to help reduce the risk
