Rhinoplasty Surgeons with Hemophiliac Experience

Hello! I am a symptomatic carrier for Hemophilia A and my hematologist says I would need to be provided clotting factor during major surgeries. I have been looking to get a nose job for some time, but have been told by every surgeon I’ve reached out to that I would not be an eligible candidate. Has anyone had a rhinoplasty done and/or know of surgeons who have worked with hemophiliac patients? Preferably in California or Michigan.

At the end of the day, it is just a cosmetic procedure, but wanted to try and see if others had any ideas. I plan to discuss it over more with my hematologist, but have not been able to since I don’t currently have valid insurance and haven’t been able to schedule an appointment with him because of it.
