WHEN is helluva boss/hazbin?

When exactly is helluva set, in relation to hh? We see no exterminations throughout the entire runtime of Helluva so far, which I find very intriguing. No mentions of exterminations either. So is it set after Hazbin? We know Lucifer is gone by Mastermind, since his chair is covered in cobwebs and his sigil is cracked I believe. Someone talk to me abt this.
