Defend against 5 attacks from The Terminds. Is it bugged?

Just been doing exclusively defence missions against Terminids and it's still 4/5 on my side since yesterday I've done 7. Of the 9 I've only joined 4 in progress and 5 I've done from the beginning.

Since it's been 4/5 it's just been stuck like that on the Major Orders page.

I've brought Tesla Towers and Incindiary Mines and easily defended against Terminades from levels 5 - Level 8 and it's still 4/5.

Help, am I missing something?
