Trying to turn in location shareing but fails

Trying to setup the free plan on LineageOS 15 but locationsharing setup fails. I gave the app full permissions. I have mind the gapps (google services) installed and added fitness and activities. Still fails. Am I missing a google service that the app requires?

Any help appreciated.
