Heart Failure and Periods..yay.

I am 32F with LVNC EF 42 on entresto and metoprolol succinate and was diagnosed last year. Normally, am not limited physically and typically feel good. I am active and eat healthily.

I've been tracking my symptoms for a while and noticed that a week before my period my HF symptoms are worse. Palpitations, slow sustained heart rate, exhaustion, and body aches. Anyone ever experience this? Cardiologists says to listen to my body and rest but these symptoms have me horizontal for 2 days and then I bounce back like Flubber and feel great. It's odd,scary, and a confidence smasher. Just get frustrated and wonder if I can do anything or understand what's going on. I've got my hormones tested as well as thyroid tested multiple times and the numbers are all good. Do periods just add a lot more stress to the body?
