Wife is pregnant (special enrollment)?

Hello we just found out the wife is pregnant. Just missed open enrollment.

An agent was telling me when the baby is born we can get special enrollment and the insurance co will cover all costs associated with the delivery ?

Is this true ? I cannot find the fine print to this.
