Anyone know what's up with this bear pelt?

In a seemingly very random ruin pretty north of Hogwarts there' this pelt thingy that goes blue with revelio but doesn't seem interactable

Is there something I'm missing or is this one of the glitches I should come to expect here and there on PS4?
