Best home laser hair removal for men

Hey guys, like many, I'm over shaving and can't shell out for regular waxing. Plus, no way a place in SE WI would handle a dude,especially the "goods". Now been snooping into at-home ipl device. Any bros really tried this?

I gonna use on chest, legs and pits, and face if it's cool. Shall I sweat using it on privates? Any tips are highly appreciated. Thanks.
