What is good blue hair dye?

Hi all,

I have been wanting to dye my hair a pale blue for a very long time now (like the attached picture) as I have to bleach I will surely go to a salon and had a consultation there but as I have to give my hair some extra care before I am doing that first. In the meantime I have been reading experiences from other people and I read a lot that blue is almost impossible to get out of your hair as it can not be bleached etc.. I am curious if there is any blue hair dye which actually is possible or easier to get out? Or at least get back to a shade close to my natural if I would like to after a while (my natural colour is a pepper and salt kind of colour; not really blonde, not really brunette). In addition, my hair has been dyed copper a few years ago and faded a lot. There is a lot of outgrowth which doesnt bother me but the ends are very brassy and it annoys me more and more so for the period I will not go to the salon yet I would like to even the brassiness out with a blue shampoo (its more orange than yellow). Will this be a good idea or make it even more difficult to bleach my hair later on? Thanks for reading, any suggestions are welcome!
