Controllers losing tracking and flying off

Hi all, has anyone had tracking issues resolved by receiving replacement controllers from HP?

While within full sight of the cameras the controllers will regularly lose tracking for periods of 5-10 seconds, usually they appear to fly off or show as been stuck in the floor. Frantically shaking the controllers will usually bring them back. This only happens to one controller at a time.

I’m using JUGEE rechargeable batteries, my play space is well lit, with lots of objects to help with tracking and no windows are open, etc. Done other troubleshooting such as reinstalling wmr, clearing saved playspace data, etc.

Any advice is appreciated cheers.
