[SFH] [NC] New Management Company Advice

Hi everyone!

I am on the board of a newely completed community and we so far have not been super pleased with the management company selected by the builder. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions/information about replacing the managment company - we have a community around 50ish homes in North Carolina.
