Getting hired for overnight deli. What exactly is the job and how stressful is it?

My background check is still pending but I’m hopefully getting a call next week for orientation. My interviewer gave me an idea of what we will be doing but I’m still lost onto what exactly it is that will be going on.

Also any overnight partners, how did you prepare yourself for your first overnight shift
