Is the longevity of Danelectro guitars any good?

I’m in the market for guitars at the moment. And a guitar that I can play often, and last me a while is something I’m looking for.

I’ve heard a bunch of good things about Danelectro; reasonable cost, cool tone and sound, as well as unique design. But I have yet to hear anything about how reliable they are. Could anyone give me some insight?
