How can I participate in a tournament? (Not major)

Hey there! Just recently I've reached Celestial and completed the chalange, and since then I've been getting better at the game, and wish to friendly compete in some tournament of sorts sometime.

I can't find information anywhere about it, I hope you guys can help me
