Painful white bump???

Super scared super nervous abt it it’s been there for a few months, I started T in February and it showed up like 3-4 months after? And has been gradually getting larger… it hurts and is super sensitive and it’s tbh just ugly to look at so like if anyone can lmk what this is or like if I can just like pop it…
