200lbs -> 173lbs. Abs?

26/5’11 - 200lbs -> 173lbs.

Are these my abs coming through or is it just the creases from where my fat rolls sat? Did a navy test which give me 17% body fat which seems a little high to be seeing any ab definition.

The goal is clear ab definition (around 10% - 12% body fat) before any serious bulking.
