SO HAPPY WE PLAYED LOVE AND WATSON TODAY
Just a reminder I put up this thread:
https://www.reddit.com/r/GreenBayPackers/s/dDtr417Gez
And was downvoted with the mass of you upvoting comments like a hot streak is more important etc.
Meaningless games are meaningless. Who cares if we lost today vs Chicago? We lost Watson which will be WAY more important going into the first game of the playoffs.
I'm positive this post will also be downvoted for calling out the obvious here too
I guarantee if our fan base was less thirsty for meaningless wins MLF and crew would take more of an Andy Reid approach and rest starters. Rust is what Chip Bayless and other ESPN talking heads blabber on about because they need content and an angle. When you start listening to the fans, you quickly become one of them. Belichick stated that it is a case by case basis when teams rest starters, and it's pretty obvious the rest would have been better for us because we lost Watson AND didn't even win the game.
So disappointed today in so many people.
