would you have forgiven serena?

i mean i know blair had to for the show to continue on for 6 seasons but she genuinely forgave her really quickly. something like that would have had an ever lasting effect on me. serena had absolutely no respect for blair. i rewatched the first few episodes the other day and my heart breaks for blair when she’s reading the letter she wrote to serena while she was at boarding school. serena sleeps with nate, runs away without saying goodbye out of guilt, and then comes back and was planning on never telling her. at least nate had the courage to tell blair the truth. i feel like in a real life situation, blair should’ve never forgiven serena, but since it’s a tv show i understand why she had to.
