Stay connected to WiFi with no internet.

I have a couple of devices that when I set them up or use them I need to connect to the devices WiFi through their app. The issue is that my pixel 9 pro fold refuses to stay connected to these networks. I don't even get an option allowing me to remain connected. Anyone have any fixes ?
