Please help me get out off the beta program.

Yes, please dont tell me that i shouldnt have gotten into the Beta program in the first place when i am not familiar with it. it cant be helped i was hyped and didnt want to wait on the stable version. Bitbwith the beta Version i struggle a lot with apps like Instagram, it keeps having problems.

Please someone explain to me what i have to do, explain it like i was a 5 year old. im dumb, like fr. Also, i dont want to wipe my data >:(
