Performance after March/April Updates

Has anyone else experienced God awful performance since the latest two updates? my calls and texts constantly fail to come through. my quick reply option on texts is gone. the search bar randomly will say something went wrong even tho clicking try again fixes it. and everything just feels sooooo slow.

This is becoming truly frustrating. I've been a pixel user since P3 and have loved them. And my P7 honestly was great until the last two months. Makes me want to move to iPhone at this point.
