Golf GTI 2015 - 112,000 miles an issue?

Hi! I am looking to treat myself to a GTI as I'm more comfortable financially and I've always wanted a GTI, having owned normal Golf cars for years!

I've found one that I love and it is a 1 owner, 2015, with 112,000 miles. It's a lot of miles but it looks immaculate, very well taken care of and the MOTs are very good.

My question is, does the "100,000 miles" thing really matter as much as people say? I know diesels (especially VWs) go on forever, but is it the same for the petrols? Are there any things I need to look out for on them?

Thanks for any advice, it will be my biggest car purchase ever, so I'm doing a lot of research!
