Saw these white dots, is it Ich?

Hi guys,

This is my lion head ranchu Brian. I was looking at the fish today and spotted these white dots on him.

He lives in a 230l aquarium with 2 other loaches and 2 other goldfish

We have live plants and plenty of filtration.

See, if it is ich, I cannot use aquarium salt, which I have to treat it due to the loaches being scaleless.

Please it would mean a lot if you guys helped me (and Brian)
