Items Turn Gray When in Hand or Dropped
I'm really new to playing Minecraft on a pc, so I don't actually know what's unusual vs normal. When I got my laptop I really wanted to play version 1.0.0 but whenever I break a block I can't see a breaking animation and when it drops in its item form it turns all gray. This also happens whenever i hold it in my hand, but the rest of the window darkens a bit as well. I think I've managed to put some screenshots in this, but if I haven't, i'll put it in a comment. I'm not sure about what's happening, but if there's a way to fix this, Id be super grateful :D
